i must be given a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment, anything after that will be a 30% charge of your service! if you do a no call no show the same day of your appointment there will be a 50% charge of your service! There will be a $25 deposit that is 100% non refundable for all new clients! it will go towards the total price of your service! Unless there is an emergency or its a 48 hr notice i will not be sending your deposit back! i do apologize for any inconvenience but this is my job and i rely on your appointments! i do offer squeeze in appointments with an added fee of $25! This is considered after hours , before hours or my days off! BEING LATE . i understand things happen but time is my money ladies! you’ll have a 10 minute grace period. 15 minutes you will be charged with a $5 late fee! 20 minutes late, your service will be cancelled and your deposit will not be sent back! thank you for understanding! 💕
